My name is marley, here's a little bit about myself. I have two little brouther's one name is Brave and the others name is Attucks. Brave is 4 and pretty much does every sport. Atty a.k.a Attucks loves every car you can think of oh and did I mentionqq he loves to eat. My parents names are Julie and Micah. My mom is a teacher and my dad recreats sports and also teaches gym. I like playing a lot of sports like, basketball, vollyball,swimming and running.
The Oregon Coast one of 4 regions. the oregon coast has a factory called the tillamook cheese factory. It doesn't only have cheese it also has ice cream , but it does have a lot cheese to. In tillamook there is a lot of dary farms. all of the milk that they use at the cheese factory comes from the natrul farms in tilamook. at the tillamook cheese factory they have tours of the factory. they have some tours of where they relly make the cheese but they also have some of about just how theymake it. the factory is really big.
The oregon coast also has a town called winchester bay. There at winchster bay you can see a fish canery. at winchester bay there is a lot of fishing. at the canery they bring in a ton of fish there evry week or two. They also have crabs and oisters at the fish canery. At winchster bay there are many things but there also is the training for the coast guard. During the training a lot of people fall out of the boats because there is a lot of giant waves.
at the coast they have the largest area for sand dunes.the sand dunes is very hot and almost never snows. many people go there. some people even live there.now there are many people that are envading the properdy of the people who are living there.some of the sand dunes are turning into forest. they are from the grass that they planted . they planted the grass so that the wind would not blow the sand away into.
Cristmas eve
For christmas my family goes Pendleton OR . Its a little town in eastern oregon. I go to my grandperents house. On cristmas eve i go to my aunts and uncles houses to play with cousins and celabbrate cristmas with them. We have dinner and talk and play then we open our presents.Later on that night when we go to my dads perents house we sometimes go to mass witch starts at midnight. when we get home its easy to sleep beacuse mass is soooo long.
On xmas morning we wake up super early but not before 7 =(. After we wake up we have to wake up my "tennage" brother who in reality is only 4 but he sleeps in so late so we call him our tennager. but then we wake up my other brother. After that we run upstairs to look in our stoking mine is so big i could fit it on my leg all the way to my thigh. So that means that I get way more treats. then after that we have a big breakfast witch is my least favorite beracause we have to wait for everybody to eat then last but not least we get to open presents. we have so many presents that we have 2 trees its awesome.

A little bit later in the day we go to my moms side of the family and eat and open present
SOCIAL STUDIES
In eastern oregon there is a town called Pendleton. pendleton is famouse for the pendleton wollen mills . wollen mills is a blanket factory.they are all native patterned blankets.it takes a very long time to make the blankets. at the end you have to put the blankets on amachine that pulls them so you can see if there are any pieces of thread hanging out.

estern oregon's climet is very hot it hardley ever rains but in pendleton they usaly get a lot of snow.it also has a lot of desert type animales like snakes owls cayots. alot on the reservation tthere are a lot of deer. sometimes you can see babys with there moms.
In pendleton there is a very famous rodeo called the pendleton round up. it very fun. every day in the middle of the rodeo all of th native people come out to dance. there is also a teepee village. the rodeo last 4 days on the second day ther is a contest called the beuty pagent but its not ike those ones you see on tv its more like a contest on the dress more thenthe beuty.a ot of people enjoy going to get something to eat when there watching the rodeo.the rodeo has a lot of bull riding. but my personal favoriteis the wild cow milking. the cowboys let out a bunch of wild cows and they try to milk them in a cocacola bottle some cowboys get draged when there trying to rope them.at the end of each night there is a gait play like thing called happy canyon. its about when people came and invade the reservation of the indiens while the chefe was gone. when the chefe came back he was mad because they had sold there property. well, there is alot of fun things to do there but thats all i have for you today.

ROCKS AND MINERAlS
The whole world is made of rocks and minerals. The earth has many different layers. Inside the earth there is a liquid core. The otter part of the earth is like a shell on an egg but less fragile. Mountains canyons and riverbeds are rocks minerals.
A rock is made 2 or more minerals. A cookie is like a rock the flour, sugar, butter and choclate are like the minerals. You need a mineral to make a rock. Minerals are not alive.
